Password Manager for Getting More Done in Less Time
Getting more done in less time without stress and frustration with a Password Manager!
I’m so excited to learn from Cindy Bidar’s virtual event Organization Mastery for Online Entrepreneurs! It is so much helpful that I want to share some of the time savers that she recommended to getting more organized. Trust me, they are truly golden nuggets 🙂
‘It’s impossible to effectively manage a business when you feel disorganized and scattered.’ ~ Cindy Bidar
I can relate to that; do you too? How often do I loose precious time looking for an image in my picture folders, or trying to locate a file I’ve forgotten which folder I’ve saved it to? Sad to say, but too often…
There is so much to be done when running a solo business it becomes overwhelming if we do not put in place time savers.
So let’s start by simply creating a proper organizing plan for all our digital assets. It is worth the time to stop and create this plan which will give us control when confidently finding everything we need to finalize our projects, communicate with our team and respond diligently to customers requests.
Crafting a streamlined workflow will save hours of time every single day, and set the space for a clear mind and a clean workspace to get the most important tasks done and still have a life.
It will also eliminate the stress created by a deadline when you do not have all the pieces together and the frustration of living in a cluttered space.
There is also money savings involved here when:
- you loose things that you bought
- you loose track of that course you purchased
- you loose track of that membership that you are paying for and haven’t logged in for 14 months
- you pay your team to recreate things that you lost
You are not earning to your full potential because it is taking you too long to complete those projects, those products that you wanna sell, so it takes you twice that long to create that course or that printable, or to write that blog post because you lost the pieces that go to it or you’ve lost your research, or you can’t find your logins.
All of these things add up to lost of money in your business. ~ Cindy Bidar
Tools To Use For Getting Organized
Password Manager
Aren’t you fed up of having to reset your password each time you want to log into an protected account?
Solution: everything you need to login into should be in a password manager to secure every one of your passwords and store it across all of your devices.
A password manager will help track your passwords and keep them at your fingertip. Free application exist and comes with top security as it uses an End-to-end encryption (E2EE) which is a system of communication where only the communicating users can read the messages.
Benefits of password management:
- fast login
- security
- organization
- allow team member to login without seeing the password
How it works ; you create a single password to access your password manager account, then install the browser extension. You login with your master password and then the Password Manager will fill in your password where ever you are. You can then log out and nobody accessing your computer will be able to access your passwords.
