The exciting part is that once your profile header is optimized, your company page is linked to your profile and you understand how the algorithm and hashtags now work with AI, your content won’t just blend in in with the feed. it will actually stand out and that’s when people start noticing you.
Let’s take a look at the opportunity in front of us. LinkedIn has now crossed over 1 billion members worldwide.
By showing up consistently, you can get your message in front of thousands of ideal prospect without paying a cent for ads.
Let’s talk about one of the most important part of your LinkedIn profile, your headline.
Your headline should be written for your audience, not for you. Think of it as a promise about what they want, not what you do.
Here’s a simple formula to make it easy:
‘Empowering [who] to do [what] without [the thing they don’t want.]
An example about a business coach would be :

Now, let’s talk about your LinkedIn business page.
Every time you publish content on your business page, LinkedIn prompts you to share it with a text or a quote from your personal profile. That’s double exposure. First from the business page and then from your personal profile. This means your post has two chances to appear in the feed and two opportunities to be seen by different segments of your network.
If you want to maximize visibility,credibility, authority, this is a no-brainer. You need a business page, my friend. 🙂

So instead of relying only on the feed, you can diversify your content, go deeper with your ideas and stay top of mind with your audience in multiple.. um.. ways. ( I lost my headphone. 🙂 )

Number 1: The Hook .
Number 2: Engagement signals.
Number 3. Relevance.
Number 4. Consistency.
About Hashtags on LinkedIn
Now that you know how to choose the right hashtags, let’s talk about how to actually use them as it can make a huge difference in much in how much visibility our post gets.
You can sprinkle one or two inside. like this example: ‘ here’s how AI is changing #contentmarketing on LinkedIn.’ So it’s inside the sentence. And 3. aim for a healthy mix: broad hashtags, niche hashtags, and branded hashtags. Let’s avoid overused or irrelevant hashtags such as #love, #success, #life.
Be selective. Choose hashtags that really match your message.
Let’s say you write a post about remote team leadership. Instead of just throwing in hashtag #leadershipteam, try this. A broad #servantleadership, a niche hashtag #remoteteams, and a branded hashtag, #yournametips, for example.
In the past, hashtags were the main keywords LinkedIn used to categorize your post. If you added hashtag #leadership or hashtag #marketing, that was a primary way LinkedIn decided who should see it.
But now, LinkedIn uses AI very similar to how Google does to analyze the full meaning of your post.
Action Plan
-A brand a broad hashtag to give you reach.
-A niche hashtag to target your ideal audience.
As LinkedIn’s AI cares about your content first, then let #hashtags act as a reinforcement to support what you’ve already written.
The key here is not perfection. It is progress.
